BLOP / POLICIES
Privacy.
How Blop handles information on this prelaunch website.
Effective October 21, 2026
Information we collect
For drop alerts, we collect your email address, your consent, signup source, and signup or unsubscribe timestamps. For contact and return requests, we collect the email, optional name and order reference, topic, and message you submit. If you create an account, we process your sign-in details, profile name, account security settings, and collection or claim records.
Our hosting and authentication providers process technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request logs, device or browser information, and authentication events. The signup and contact systems use a protected, hashed network identifier to limit abuse; the forms database does not store your raw IP address.
How we use information
We use your information to send requested drop updates, manage your preferences, respond to requests, provide accounts and collection features, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Submitting a support request does not add you to marketing emails. We do not collect payment details or shipping addresses for purchases on this prelaunch site.
Providers and sharing
We use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for account and database services. Authorized Blop team members and providers supporting these functions may process relevant information. Email delivery providers may process email addresses and message content when we send your requested updates. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and users.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current site does not use advertising pixels or third-party behavioral advertising tools. Social links open external services, whose own privacy policies apply.
Cookies, local storage, and tracking preferences
Account features use browser storage to maintain your sign-in session. Essential service and security technologies may also be used by our providers. You can clear browser storage or sign out to remove local account state. Clearing browser data alone does not delete information stored in your account.
The current site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. It does not currently use optional advertising tracking. We will update this policy if our practices change.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from drop alerts without signing in. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, use Contact and choose “Privacy request.” We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before making account changes.
Retention and protection
We keep signup information while needed to provide the updates you requested. After you unsubscribe, we keep a limited suppression record to honor that choice. Support and account records are kept as needed to provide the service, resolve requests, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations. Abuse-rate records are temporary.
We restrict access to stored information and use technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please do not send passwords, payment details, or claim codes in support messages.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Changes and contact
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. For privacy questions, contact Blop.
