Origins has not opened for sale. The final return window, other eligibility conditions, refund timing, and return-postage policy will be published here before purchases are enabled.
Before removing the backing
Removing any part of the original sticker backing makes your Blop ineligible for BlopSwap resale and change-of-mind returns, even if you reattach it or never stick it to a surface.
This does not affect rights you may have for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods under applicable law.
Keeping the backing intact does not by itself guarantee a return. The remaining return conditions will be published before purchases open.
How to request a return
- Send your order reference and a description of the issue using the form below.
- Keep the item and its packaging while we review your request.
- Wait for return instructions and the correct return address before mailing anything.
Submitting a request does not by itself authorize a return or issue a refund. We will explain the next steps for your order. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under applicable law.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Tell us what happened and keep any packaging and photos that may help us understand the issue. Please don’t discard the item or mail it back before contacting us.
